STARTERS

Butternut Squash Soup
Pumpkin seeds, cumin and coriander crème fraiche, Porto focaccia (v)

Confit Pulled Duck
Puy lentils, crispy Bannerigg Farm duck egg

Arancini
Risotto balls filled with mozzarella, poached pear, toasted walnuts,
truffle and chive cream cheese (v)

 

Pan Seared King Scallops
Pea puree, baby onions, apple gel, bacon jam

 

MAINS

Slow Cooked Belly of Free Range Pork
Scampi croquettes, crushed peas, lemon, pickled onion

“Porto Chicken Tikka Massala”
Marinated chicken breast, mango, lentils, lime and coriander yoghurt, saffron rice cracker

Pumpkin Ravioli
Butternut squash, sage, walnut, Parmesan meringue (v)

Loch Duart Salmon Fillet
Crushed new potatoes, romanesco, watercress puree, beetroot

 

DESSERTS

Honey and Lemon Thyme Parfait
Honeycomb, orange, cardamom gel

Dark Chocolate Mousse
Kirsch cherries, caramelised almonds, whipped cream

Porto Cheese Board
A selection of three cheeses, grapes, celery, biscuits and chutney
