1. Reservations , Credit Card Details & Cancelations
   Guests are required to provide credit card details to secure their reservation. These details will be held securely in our PCI-compliant payment gateway. In the event of a no-show or a cancellation made less than 24 hours before your reservation, a charge of £20 per person will be applied for lunch or dinner.
   For special events such as New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day, or Christmas, the cost of the set menu for the evening will be charged at the time of cancellation less than 24 hours before reservation or no show.
2. Table Reservations
   You can reserve tables for 1 to 4* people directly via our online booking page. The maximum group size we can accommodate is 4* people per table for dinner service. We can arange bigger capacity tables if you reach to us directly by phone or email.

3. Changes to Your Reservation
   Should you need to amend your reservation, we kindly ask that you do so as early as possible. You can contact us by phone or email, and we will be happy to assist.
   Please note: We may not be able to answer phone calls during busy periods.
4. Special Requirements
   If you or any member of your party have any allergies or dietary requirements, please inform us in advance. We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice to accommodate these needs.
5. Cancellation Policy
   We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes in the number of guests. Unconfirmed bookings cannot be held. If you are running late, please contact us. We will hold tables for 15 minutes, after which they may be released.
6. Pet Policy
   We do not allow dogs or other pets in our establishment.
7. Promotions
   By making a reservation at Porto Restaurant, you agree to our reservation and cancellation terms. We reserve the right to change or withdraw any promotions without notice.
